All content in the Service — including tour text, challenge designs, maps, logos, and the HistoricWalk name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical information is complete or current.
